"Made to feel Very Unimportant"

Couldn't give me a quote for 2 bags of laundry over the phone.

And after giving them my name, address & phone nunmber (+ post code !)

They ring back 3 times and ask exactly where I was - he'd forgot his Map !

Ring up to say there's no parking outside - There's Loads I said - Went and looked outside as he said he was there + no one was 'trying to park' at all.

They rang again saying they were trying to park 'but couldn't get parked' and I said just forget it.

There is a car park outside I told them and they said there wasn't ????

VIP - I think a name change is required - Disabled people rely on services like this - but if they can't find your address would you risk your laundry with them ?.
