"Leaving after nearly 40 yrs"

Tried to get an appointment for my son this morning who works shifts, after trying yesterday and fri of last week by the sixteenth time this morning I got through after being cut off twice, after a long ringing time, only to be told at 9.20am I would have to call back tomorrow, time and time again our family can not get an appointment, I really think the practice is far too big, no wonder people go to A&E, I cant remember the last time I or my two sons went to the doctor and my daughter about six months ago, on a last note the Doctors are excellent when you can get an appointment, sadly myself and my family will have to took to another practice that is less community/social problem based although I doubt that will ever be possible in this present social environment that we live in..
