A review of Springboig St Johns School by James Caldwell written on Monday 23rd of September 2013
I attended Saint Johns School for boys in Springboig Glasgow in the mid 80's. At the time I was full time residential and I thought the conditions were harsh but the staff esp the teachers I had to admire as they saw a spark in me and tried there best to enable me to have a full education,My thanks go out to the English teacher at the time who was called Dougie who left to join a mainstream school,he saw I had potential and put in the extra effort to convince me I wasn't a failure,he was right,I went to college and then to University where I attained a B.s.c.
