Yes, the uniforms are an issue every meeting. All stores seem to be having the same issues with the uniforms. The manager should be ensuring that each colleague receives the full and correct uniform. Have you spoken to your rcm or your own voice rep who could possibly make your concerns known? If you have; then I suggest you go to people management and explain your concerns. I will of course take this to the next meeting which is in October at Glasgow. You are not alone. It takes some persistence to receive the uniforms. We have found writing a list of everyones needs within the store ie a form for aces which includes size, amount, type of uniform(ie.polo shirt, etc) and of course the name of the person wishing to obtain the uniform.We also put the date on the top. Then repeat this monthly until you receive all on the list. Give it to your manager.x.
