A review of Marks & Spencer by Anonymous written on Friday 12th of July 2013
I am a loyal M&S customer who uses the store every week and who has shopped online with you for years. I am is trying to locate items of furniture in the 'Barnum' range so that we can try them and see swatches etc before placing a large furniture order.
I have tried ringing the store in Argyle Street to see if they have any of the range in stock, but after hanging on for an interminable length of time, waiting for someone in the furniture department to pick up, someone lifted the phone and hung up without speaking. I realise people can be busy, but think you could have a better system of locating items of furniture centrally online, without having to ring around your local stores and not being able to get through.
Very disappointed. We may now think of buying our new sofas and living room furniture somewhere else, thus losing you an order of about £5,0000 and causing us much inconvenience..
