"Can anyone at Royal Mail do their job properly?!!"

Yet again, another of my parcels have been delivered to the wrong flat! Even though it states clearly on the package 'basement flat', my package has been delivered to the flat upstairs which is unoccupied so now I have to wait until the landlord comes up during the summer to retrieve my wrongly delivered parcel!! This is not the first time that Royal Mail have done this, I'm fed up with it! Are you lot unable to read an address properly or just plain lazy and stupid!! Nice one Royal Mail!! The post man will be getting an earful too!! Pathetic service!! .
