"Post code not working"

A review of Royal Mail by James Scott written on Friday 15th of March 2013

Despite the use of correct post code and address, mail to Kessington Road and Kessington Drive are frequently mixed up. Recently mail was returned to the sender marked 'not known at this address' dispite everything being correct.

This is a total lack of quality control and management.
