I have been a member at NRG Connection for the last three months. I use the gym 3 to 4 times a week. The staff set out an exercise and diet programme for me when I first joined.

I am pleased to say that I have now lost over 2 st and I feel 10 years younger. Thank you NRG for changing my life!.
