I had visited posh paws to buy our chihuahua a new coat, I chose a black checkered one and left the shop but decided I didn't like it as much as I thought I did when in the shop by the time I got to the car so I went back and changed the coat for a red puppia coat. When I got home I took my pup out for a walk but noticed she was tripping over and bringing her legs out of the coat as it had sleeves and her legs were too short. So I called the girls at Posh Paws and they offered to open the store back up to take the coat back and pick a new one because they weren't going to be open again until Tuesday and didn't want to leave my pup all weekend without a coat in this weather. Great girls, very helpful and kind. Recommend them to anyone!.
