"Put at ease"

I had to have an emergency appointment today and the Greenhills practise accepted me though I wasn't registered. I saw Nieves today and between herself and her assistant I was put very much at ease. The tooth refused to come out but after nearly an hour of pulling it finally did. Nieves made sure I was topped up with anaesthetic so I didn't feel a thing. All in all, the practise staff were friendly, helpful and relaxing. I am now registered and look forward to going back..
