"Time Stops"

Staff try to please, but have great difficulty in keeping appointments, they are always late, and let the phone ring out if too busy to answer,its just like time stops when you walk in to the salon, you can be five hours for a two hour appointment, this really lets them down, pity because when they do get their act together they really do a good job..
