"Old mates"

Away back in the 70's I used to drink here with a lot of old mates, we used to drink in the "Levvy Water" hotel as that was our local and my wife worked in the kitchen upstairs.

I would be greatful if anybody could give me any information about a couple of old mates ???

one was Wally Miekle, I think he run a local domino team up until recently.

the other was George "fingers" Wood.

I hope someone can throw any light on this request.
