"Phone Answered"

I phoned the Glagow office for advice on Monday 3.30pm and the phone was answered after 5 rings. The gentleman was polite but unfortunately unable to help in my enquiry. So it really depends which day and what time you call. The opening hours are too short considering that this Glasgow office serves all of Scotland. Apart from that it is like any other official body - probably short staffed. .
