"Not good managers"

Can i reply to the chap who complained about city managers not being very good or not experienced. Having been a manager for city you do need all the experience you can but it is a team effort. I have city and guilds in cleaning science, both british institute of cleaning science 1 & 2 am an assessor for B.I.C.S. a Certificate in management studies, risk assessment and health and safety qualifications etc etc.....the moral of this piece is that common sense is also needed. I did ok at city and have now moved on to further my career. I am willing to advise anyone who wants it or on the other hand to the muppet who started this debate...do you always want to be a supervisor....why dont you apply for the bleeding; job yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
