All former pupils in the 1940 era I Wonder!!!

My name is Joe Desport living in Oxfordshire and can remember the above evac. from the school due to an unexploded bomb entering the funnel of HMS Sussex lying at Princes Dock.The battle cruiser had just been re armed and her magazine full of high explosives

so she obviously posed a real risk to a large area of Glasgow
