"Excellent service"

I used to use only dealers to service and repair my car but on one occasion with a running fault I was shocked by the dealers quotation for repair, I had had the car back at this dealer three times for the same fault without it ever really being found, eventually I think that they just did not know what to do next and had decided to replace a multiple of items at a cost of 479.00 plus vat..! I took the car out of the garage tip have a think about it, a workmate suggested that I give kingsway a go as he had always used them with no problems...I thought I would try it and I'm glad I did !...two hours after dropping it off I had a call from reception to say that they had identified the fault and that it would not require parts to fix it..as it was corroded wiring just under the fuse box, which they could repair......the estimate...38.00 plus vat....at that money I decided that I had very little to loose so I gave them the go ahead..six months since that was done and still no sign of the problem....as it stands I would not take my car anywhere else ,my family now use them and have found excellent same service ...John..
