Was a bit put off calling after reading some reviews, and yes it is a wee wait, however, this may be a sign of the attention to detail and thoroughness that the tax advisers demonstrate. I got sound advice and very clear explanations of my options. This took the uncertainty and worry out of making adjustments to tax codes etc. Perservere with the queue!.
