"Sell Stamps Counter"

A review of Royal Mail by Robert written on Tuesday 19th of July 2011

If East Kilbride Post Office could introduce a counter which only dealt with accepting items to be posted it would save hours of folks time. When you eventually get to a counter and get a package weighed and sent on its way you are then asked how you are today, do you need any stamps, foreign currency, over 50 insurance etc. All I want is to post something, if I want stamps I'll ask, if I want currency I'll go into that queue. All I want is to get my package on its way..
