"RESPONSE TO 'KATIE'"

Well, in regards to the recent comment from 'Katie' it is the biggest load of rubbish i have ever read. The Merchant Pride is by far the best bar in Glasgow whether you're gay or straight. It is very welcoming, has great entertainment, great steward on the door keeping idiots out and lovely punters and staff. I have been a regular customer for years. No-one is thrown out of this place unless you are causing a disturbance or you're doing something you shouldn't be. You're never thown out for no reason. It is a very highly respected pub and therefore is a joke if someone wants to tarnish it's name. Stay away if you have a problem, don't come on here and talk rubbish..
