"NS&I difficult to telephone from overseas"

NS&I dont advertise any telephone numbers apart from 0500 & 0800 numbers. These don't work from overseas!

Why not give 'normal' numbers as well?

The only way is to use Skype (computer to landline)this worked for me-but I have a UK based residence.

Not sure if you live permanently abroad.
