"Expensive mistake at dress shop"

Having spent some time trying and finding the "right dress" you are pushed into buying the whole package, shoes, bag, jewellery and hat!

Staff were lovely but definitely working on commission. Took shoes home at 5pm and never put them on. Having decided they would not be suitable was disappointed to find that there was a no refund policy, hidden behind the till, and now am left with a credit note worth over £150 to spend on what?

Having spent a total of £900 I think they could do with reviewing their customer service. Anyone else agree?
