"Warm, friendly and to the point."

I spent £260 on a my champaigne coloured evening dress which sadly got ruined when someone spilt their drink on me (grr). Unfortunately, being so lazy, I didn't really bother trying to get it out until I realised I had another event to go to and absolutely nothing to wear - not to mention being broke before payday - I popped in at the Steam Shop after a few friends had recommended it.  
 
The owner was very friendly and polite and I left my dress with him for a day. At first I wasnt too confident in the stain being removed effectively but when I picked it up it looked absolutely brand new! Well happy with that, and well happy with the Steam Shop!
