"Charged £1.19 for a 1/2 cup hot water????"

On a recent visit to KFC after spending over £15, i assked a member of staff for a 1/2 cup of hot water to heat my babys bottle. i was told they cannot give it to me "for health & safety reasons" but they could sell me 1/2 cup of hot water at the price of cup of tea!!! i had no option i had a hungry 8 week old baby. will not be eating at KFC Braehead again, absolutely ridiculous. its not about Health & Safety its about more profits!.
