A review of Hillhead High School by Auld Jock. - Monday 18th of October 2010

We have spent a great week (11 to 15 October 2010) at this School teaching young ladies and gents aged from 9 to 17yrs all the facets of their chosen instruments, be it pipes, snare, tenor or bass drum. There were 40 pupils of mixed ability, and on Friday 15 they gave the performance of their career to date, in front of their nearest and dearest. All this was possible through the cooperation of the school authority and in particular the 'Janny' who did a brilliant job every morning of making all of us welcome. Well done Jimmie. We voted the week an enormous success, thank you all.
