I dialled the number given, was advised not to use it, was given another which when I tried to dial it was told it was unavailable and I needed to call International Directory Enquiries, which I did and I was told indeed that was the only number they had and it was unavailable except for UK callers. Well that is real good because some of us live outside the UK and all I want to do is get rid of my Savings Bonds yet cannot contact the necessary agent to advise me HOW to do this!! Stinks big time!!
