Total care when you enter the door ,you can tell this by the decor of the place,if thet care enough about their presentation to this level then it is a reflection of their skills,warm and friendly ,female reception staff greet you ,and will see that you get home ok if you need to leave the car ....always had good service from this garage and they always seem to try and get you out of a situation without the need to "renew everything in sight" they seem to still have old fashioned good values of ....can i fix ? rather than replace . i was gobsmacked when i discovered recently that the owner has a training centre upstairs where he provides training to other garages in diagnostics and other mechanics stuff ....if the knowlage is here why go elsewhere ? hope this reaches out to those that need these type of services
