NOT TRUE "They let the public in"
Firstly you must have a card to get in and in order to get a card you need to prove (documents etc) that you have a business that use their products, if unscrupulous people in the trade want to hand their card to others to go in and buy then there isn't a lot CBs can do about that. I am a Gold card holder and have been going to them since they were Douthwaite and at a different premises, they are very polite and always helpful, stock isn't as good as it used to be, but great place otherwise
