Hi, I'm another one who waits for delivery since Nov 2009. All the same - only answering machine at phone, newer call-back, newer answer per e-mail. Bevor buying - some contacts, few mails, fresh offers shortly bevor Xmas etc.
My resume: One have to make some efforts to find Cromwell models and Gordon (wright? nearly forgot his name). You are happy if you can ever receive their products. Nobody can believe what diffculties nowdays durate more then 3 years long to repair or to start an internet site.
All in one- there is adefinition of this way to sell goods. It's guerilla marketing
