"Do you get what you ask for in KFC"

I have just returned from KFC at Springburn Glasgow. I ordered 2 delux (ha ha) boneless chicken meal which you are meant to receive boneless chicken pieces, 4 popcorn chickens and chips, 4 orders of large sides and a 2 bottles of juice. Well before I left the shop I asked the counter assistant if the chicken popcorn was there she answered AYE. When I arrived home to find that there were no chicken popcorn there I immediately phoned the shop to be informed by the Duty Manager that I could come back to the shop (which is 10 minute drive away - 20 minutes return) to get the popcorn but when I told him that I was not happy with that answer I was told there was nothing else that he could do. I told him forget it and informed him that I would rather go to McDonalds instead.
