My wife and i were on aholiday on 26 april to great yarmouth. the coach and the excursions were,as usual excellent.unfortunately the hotel was well below the standard we have come to expect.food was very basic and rooms needing upgrading especially beds,bedding and plumbing as there was a bad odour inthe room which could not be disguised with air fresheners.
this will not deter me from travelling with caledonian as it is hopefully a one off
