"Helpful customer services..."

A review of Royal Mail by Pippa - Friday 23rd of April 2010

Having arranged a redelivery for an item in Glasgow city centre twice online, and still nothing, I eventually found a phone number for customer services that allowed me to speak to a real person - 01752 387112. Just hold or go through whatever options until you speak to someone. The lady I spoke to (Julie) was very nice and helpful, and actually apologised for the hassle this has caused me, which makes a change from the usual post office service. I am still waiting to see if the item will show up, but in the meantime this might be worth a try!
