From my initial visit to Eleganza Sposa(Bath Street) to picking up my dress, every aspect of the service provided was nothing short of exceptional. As every bride knows the day is gone in a flash which makes it so important to enjoy every minute of the build up most especially picking your dress and the dress fittings. 
 
Unlike most brides I was not looking forward to finding that perfect dress, and dress fittings even less. The girls in Eleganza put me so at ease, gave me confidence and helped me enjoy every visit. In particular it was Michelle who helped me picked my dress and arranged for my bolero to be made, nothing was too much trouble. I soon realised I was actually enjoying my dress fittings and Michelle seemed to know exactly what I was thinking before I even said it! 
 
Thanks to all the girls (especially Michelle!!) in Bath Street, your patience, understanding and attention to detail contributed to making my wedding day more special than I could have dreamed of.
