I went in to jagged edge for a tattoo just after xmas 2009 and was pleased with what i had got , i got a small tattoo with quiet a bit off detail"as i do when going to a new artist" and the tattooist was helpful and the big man was funny and would have set any first timer at ease , i have many tattoos from many artists even my self and i would say the artist from jagged edge was one off the best "apart from my self off course lol" and any complant should have been said at the time off the tatting and not afterwords , just remember you picked the art , and there not licked on by kittens !!!!
