"What a sham"

a family birthday bash went wrong!!! 
After reading reviews on this site , i decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt, should'nt have bothered. we booked online and got a confirmation email thanking us and looking forward to seeing us. A taxi dropped us off from our hotel there was 6 of us. we went inside and they told us we had'nt booked, i had printed out the confirmation previously so i gave it to them . I was told to wait till they spoke to the manager. After 5 mins i was told that basically it was'nt worth the paper that it was written on and that it was'nt really a confirmation i shouLd have recieved another one telling me they were fully booked. I explained that i had'nt cause i just printed it off that day and it had been booked for weeks!! Oh well nothing we can do you'll have to leave i was told. I asked to apeak to the manager but was told he was'nt there and he would'nt be back that night although they had just come from speaking to him. How convenient!! 
Put back out on the street with no taxi to take us anywhere they did'nt care.. I emailed complaining but guess what?? No reply. PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP OR APOLOGISE, THEY COMPLETELY RUINED A BIRTHDAY NIGHT OUT.....I WISHED I HAD TAKEN MORE NOTICE OF ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS....
