Just saw Gordon's post below with another excuse.He claims the problem is the contact info is a year out of date. What a pathetic joke - if you were an actively trading business,why would you not contact your customers who have pending orders with a simple, one sentence blanket email? And it takes a YEAR and your customers don't know your contact? No, Mr.Brown - I am not buying what you're selling.
