Why is it so difficult to have a local branch number, why should we as customers phone a 0845 number to get through to some one else where in the country,, ??????? I only want a simple question NOT to be passed around the country at 80 p a minute to then be speaking to some advisor at the branch in the first place !!!! sort it out |
