"Bad service, pram did not arrive, not impressed"

We ordered a Bebecar pram and car seat in November 2009 for our baby which is due in February 2010. After lots of chasing, and constantly being fobbed off I cancelled the order. I called the Glasgow Pram Centre, they had the exact same pram in stock and I picked it up the same day. It was also £100 cheaper.
The staff at Babykins were apologetic and I got my deposit back with no arguments but they kept providing me with terrible excuses and promising "that the pram was despatched and will be in tomorrow". Excuses ranged from problems with the chassis to the snow has caused delays.
I would not buy anything that you need to order from Babykins. It's not worth the hassle. They advise you to order at least 6 weeks in advance and my order was made more than 10 weeks in advance and still did not arrive.
Very disappointed.
