Same here i am having the same problems, money taken but nothing sent been three months now, no reply to emails no telephone contact nothing, this man is able to get away with this time after time, just look at the messages here. it is time this man was brought to order and made to answer to his actions. Good kits yes but awful customer services. I know of at least four other people in the same position as me, maybe the model magazines should stop pushing his items.
