We used AA Building in January 2010. We had an original ceiling that was sagging, threatening to damage cornicing and come down completely. We had it taken down, replaced and replastered within 2 days(estimated at 3). We were sent a text to confirm the job would start the day before it commenced, as arranged, which was reassuring. They were tidy and courteous and did a lovely job whilst also saving the cornicing. They didn't once moan about the snow, the cold, the job or anything else and we would recommend them without hestitation and use them again.
