"Lanark nil points"

The previous lady must have got the correct member of staff at Lanark. I have found the manageress there to be extemely rude, unhelpful and lords over the store. Several other local people agree with this and it is such a shame as the store and its products are great but unfortunately I know several people who will no longer shop there due to this one person.
The manageress at the new store in Hamilton is by far the most helpful and pleasant.
I suppose there are all different!!!!!
