Just used Smith & Rodger for the first time through this website and was absoluted delighted with the service I received.  
 
I am just taking up a restoration of antique furntiure as a new hobby and was keen to find out more about french polishing. I visited their unusual, but unique, premises last Saturday and spoke to Drew. He was incredibly helpful and explained the various products I would need to get started. He also recommended I book a place on their French polishing course for beginners which I intend to do. 
 
It's great when you find an old business like this that offer excellent customer care and I just wanted to pass on this very positive experience.
