Just by the name of your thread, gives away the fact that you work for this company. 'Honest citizen' or 'decent citizen' is collection-agency code for 'us'.  
 
Being that AIC is largely staffed by neds, the spelling also gives it away somewhat. If you're going to shill for AIC, try to be a little less transparent with it. 
 
"a loan must be repaid and i am not a thief which by the sounds of it some ppl on this page are??" - That's a somewhat accusing (not to mention generalistic) statement. Most people on this page are advocating that AIC uses eivdence to back up the 'debts' it chases. As AIC has a notorious reputation for being unable to do this, why should the consumer lose out and subsidise AIC's inability to do a job. 
 
 
"if ppl never had the intention of paying money back then this is fraud and illegal, and also how can you sleep at night???" - Again, this is a very similar statement to what the previous commentator said. In fact, almost identical. And, what if the 'debtor' fell ill, suddenly made redundant, etc? There are any number of reasons why financial circumstances may change. 
 
 
"yes the banks were helped by tax payers which i am also but its because of ppl like myself and others who never pay the bank back!what goes around comes around" - No. EVERYONE is a taxpayer (whether you go to the shop, put petrol in the car, drink a pint of beer, etc). The banks got themselves into the mess they did - nothing to do with 'people like myself'. I can't believe you've made this statement and then expect people to take it seriously!
