"Organ drowns out mourners"

I've unfortunately been to many services at Daldowie but notice that the organ is played far too loudly over the speakers and can more then drown out the mourners! Even with a full Crematorium and a well-known hymn, all you can hear is the organ!! Very off putting and unnecessary - particularly when a lot of people have specifically chosen favourite hymns - only to have them drowned out by the organ!!
