"Beautiful shop but contact so difficult!"

We had a lovely visit to the shop and made a further appointment. This had to be changed. Impossible! 
My daughter and I are frustrated trying to get through on the phone to Anne Priscilla. At every hour of the day the phone connects to a message asking you to try again later. We have tried so many times! We have ended up going elsewhere and she has found the most beautiful dress. We feel very bad that we will not turn up for our early appointment on Saturday 31 October. We have tried and tried to let them know. 
 
A simple answer phone facility would have allowed us contact so that you could phone us back! We could have changed our appointment to suit and we probably would have bought the dress she first fell in love with. Sorry!
