My friend and i recently travelled to hotel vianello in italy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone ,the food was inedible the rooms were dirty ,the pool closed between 1 and 3 and the staff very unfriendly this was supposed to be a 3 star hotel minus three more like ,we have travelled with caledonian a few times and never had any complaints before in fact we would recommend it to everyone but beware hotel vianello ,AND CALEDONIAN COULD ONLY APOLIGISE SHAME ON YOU VERY DISAPPOINTED .
