"Best in glasgow it is not"

Service terrible had european menu waited over an hour after everone else in my party had main meal to be told they had forgot about me,chicken was so tough you couldn't cut with knife sent back it was then another 20 mins before getting my meal.asked to speak to a manager no manager avaible, ask how to make a complaint told just call, called next day still no maanger told to write in complaint then they hung up,but everyone was complaining about food. and if u do go take plenty of money with you as the price of your drink is never the same. would not go back or recommend to any one .
