A review of Capri Skies by D reid - Tuesday 18th of August 2009To all concerned,
I recieved a letter from the sunday mail "judge" saying that if I had paid with a credit card for a purchase in capri skies and i did not recieve it then I was to go back to the credit card company and quote them "section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974" that is to say the finance firm is jointly and severally "liable" for any purchase you make. If you paid by debit card then some banks operate what is known as a "chargeback" and you should ask your bank to provide you proof on the contrary as well as if they do.
