I have had an account with the cooperative bank for 6 years now, and i had forgot that i had a £1.00 direct debit due, i had 98 pence in my bank account and you would think with me being with the bank for so long they would have maybe honoured the payment.....no they charged me £19.50 for being short of 2 p i never had an overdraft facility on the account but come on cooperaytive bank you where not very COOPERATIVE in this instance needless to say i am no longer with this bank
