"Excellent"

I have used them before to repair my fax machine and found them to be polite, helpful and fast. 
 
I ran out of toner recently and needed it quickly. I phoned late on Thursday afternoon and they got it to me the next morning first thing. They only reason they couldnt get it to me sooner as the van was in Fife (and we are in Glasgow). They were very helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
