"Great service"

It is easy enough nowadays to be critical of anything and everything, so to balance that, great service should be noted and praised. 
 
I had to find a silly little fitting for by boat that I had no idea where to start to find it. Duncan Yacht Chandlers couln't help but suggested I try Maclean Fitting, just along the road. 
 
The gentleman behind their trade counter could not have been more helful, finding a brass fitting and copper pipe to suit in a matter of minutes and done with humour and professionalism. Just brilliant. I regret that I did not catch the gentleman's name. Old fashioned professionialism and courtesy. 
 
It was a small thing for a tiny value, but it really made my day. 
 
I recommend Macleans thoroughly to anyone who might need fittings.
